Pride Tool offers precision laser cutting services to execute complex, highly accurate parts for a range of industries. We expertly utilize flat sheet cutting and laser etching techniques to create custom products and designs. We utilize a CO2 laser for the cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, and composite materials. Maximum cutting envelope is 8' x 4', with ability to cut thicknesses of .50” in carbon steel and .25” in stainless steel and aluminum. We operate state-of-the-art hybrid, 2-axis machines at an output power of 1500 Watts to maintain laser delivery and efficiency. We specialize in short to long run volume production, with rush service available.

High quality is assured using our extensive in-process and post production inspection and testing methods. In addition to our on-site laser cutting systems, we also provide a number of value added services such as engineering, fabrication, assembly, and surface treating techniques.
